The Blackcomb Lodge, which opened its doors to guests in 1980, was Whistler Village’s first hotel. General Policy
Check-In and Check-Out Policies Check-In • 4:00 PM Check-Out • 10:00 AM Children Policy • Children under 2 stay free. Other Policies: Outside Visitors Absolutely no outside visitors allowed in the hotel rooms or common areas. Only registered guests can enter the hotel. This is strictly enforced for the safety and security of all guests in compliance of fire code and insurance liability restrictions. Summer Guarantee Policy A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Full payment for the room and applicable taxes will be charged 14 days prior to your arrival date. Please note that within 14 days of arrival, your reservation becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable. If you cancel during this period, a penalty equal to 100% of the total reservation amount will apply. Your reservation is based on the number of guests specified at the time of booking. Any additional guests upon arrival will incur extra charges and cannot exceed the maximum capacity of the room. Winter Guarantee Policy A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Full payment for the room and applicable taxes will be charged 30 days prior to your arrival date. Please note that within 30 days of arrival, your reservation becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable. If you cancel during this period, a penalty equal to 100% of the total reservation amount will apply. Your reservation is based on the number of guests specified at the time of booking. Any additional guests upon arrival will incur extra charges and cannot exceed the maximum capacity of the room. Damage Waivers/Security Deposit: • Guests must present a valid photo ID and a credit card for security deposit authorization upon check-in. Extra Person Charges: • $50 per adult per night. • Children under 2 stay free with a parent/guardian. Parking: • On-site paid parking $34 per night. Minimum Age Requirements: • Minimum check-in age: 25 Payment types: • Credit card • Debit card • Cash • Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making a payment at the hotel. Smoking Policy: • The hotel is a 100% smoke free facility including all common areas, suites and balconies. Housekeeping: • Housekeeping is provided every 4 days.
